Just a little over 4 years ago I was at a point in my life where I knew in my heart, deep in my gut, on a level so intense that no matter how hard I tried to convert and just follow the pack, nothing I could do would end the pain and suffering

I was going through. I was in a career that by the standards of many would be ideal, but for me had become a crippling grip on my life. I actually felt the life being sucked away from me. My wife and three kids never saw me and I never saw them.

Even when I got home at a decent time my mind was still racing. “Did I get that report done? what do I have scheduled for tomorrow? how will I pay this months mortgage? health insurance is going up again? my daily commute and gas prices are killing me”.

I constantly had these uninspiring thoughts racing through my head and what made matters even worse was when I was at work I felt guilty because I new in my heart I was missing my family grow up.

To compound things further my career was beginning to stall. Working in the retirement industry where a great deal of your revenue comes from fees for managed mutual funds was not a great place to be after 9.11.01. You see prior to the .com bust money was easy to come by and companies such as mine were eager and willing to pay a high price for energetic young employee’s.

So much so that I was able to quadruple my pay and move from three different companies within the first 3 years in this industry. I was respected, bonuses were good, my clients loved me and I loved life. My family was growing and so was my salary along with my ability to pay for our new cars and larger home.

The problem was after the market began to slide so did my industry. Gradually and almost without notice I began to see my expenses continue to rise and my pay was beginning to get outpaced. I received a 3 % or 5 % increase in base pay each year, but when compounded with dwindling bonuses, increased home taxes, increased health care expenses, increased gas prices, increased costs for my children’s activities.

It didn’t take long for the money I once saved to become money I now needed just to get by. I had dreams that were big and they were beginning to fade away.

Finally, I had reached the boiling point. “I HATE MY LIFE” was all I could think of each day. “There has to be a better way” is all I said to myself each and every day until finally I was so sick and tired that I though to myself I will not live like this for one more day.

I went home talked to my wife and before I could even get the words out of my mouth she read my mind and said “quit”. “I love you, the kids love you and I have every bit of faith in you, go in tomorrow and quit”. In one moment I felt the weight of the world fall from my shoulders. I didn’t know how, but I new there had to be a better way so I did what my wife and I discusses and went in the next day and quit my career of eight years.

In 2006, I crossed paths with some key entrepreneurs who introduced me to a simple and very lucrative business model.  Well, as you can guess, I found what I was looking for.  Within just a few short months,  I was making more at home in a week than I was in a month in Corporate America.  The income generated with this simple business model has allowed me to completely change my life. I now work from the comfort of my home, on my own terms, less than 30 hours a week on a very flexible schedule and I spend the rest of my time doing the things and seeing things I enjoy with my family.  Many people assume I am just a stay at home dad because I am always available  for  my wife or children,  but the reality is I have learned the independence of working smarter not harder.  The best part is I am looking for people who want to learn what I now know.  People who are eager for a change and want to get off the hamster wheel of debt and the prison of working a thankless job.

Truthfully it doesn’t matter to me what your background is or is not.  I can tell you that I am no stranger to work.  From loading package cars at UPS, waiting tables at Olive Garden delivering local news papers while my family and boss slept I have done a lot of thankless jobs to try and just get by.  There have been years when I have had up to 5 separate W-2′s for filling taxes.  The sad part I worked so hard I began to fall apart from exhaustion.  Even worse the year I worked five different side jobs while also working a full time desk job my total gross income was less than $60,000..

My intent is not to get pity or sympathy, merely I want you to understand I have worked HARD to make a living and I have worked smart to make a living.  Trust me smart is a much more rewarding and fulfilling, not to mention I sleep very well at night.

I LIVE LIFE ON MY OWN TERMS! How many of you would love the opportunity to live your life like that?  Just a few short months before finding this business I was a slave like everyone else and couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. I can remember the day I began making money from my own efforts using my own skills.  Finally I began to feel the security of knowing I could make money without relying on a paycheck.  No longer would I be held captive by the whims of an employer. The sensation of Freedom! It was the most exhilarating feeling imaginable.

Within my first few months in business I began earning more in days than I was accustom to making per month.  My income is actually a derivative of the work I produce not a miniscule percentage of the revenue I generate for someone else.  My family has always enjoyed travel, but now it comes without the stress I once knew in the corporate world. No longer do I worry about what is not getting done at work or what will be waiting for me when I get back.  Whether in the mountains for the weekend, sitting on the beach, or trekking through foreign countries we know the feeling of joy which comes with truly taking a vacation.  This may sound odd to you.  However, I can assure you until now,  there has never been a vacation where I was truly present and not mentally at work or in some lost state of worry.

How much time does this business require?

Leverage your time, choose your own hours and take holidays whenever you wish. Work from Home in your boxer-shorts, from the beach in Cancun, or while your taking a 3-month vacation in Hawaii. I personally recommend that you have 1-2 hours a day available if starting PT or 3-5 hours a day if starting full time.

How difficult is this business?
